When you book an appointment through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your vehicle’s year, make and model, along with anything you tell us about the work you need. We use this only to schedule, confirm and follow up on your appointment.
How we use your information
Your information is used to contact you about your appointment: confirming the request, sending a reminder, and reaching you if plans change. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
Top Auto & Truck Repair does not send text messages to customers. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent by email to the address you provide. Your phone number is used only so staff can call you about your appointment if needed, and to send an internal text alert to the shop’s own staff phone when a new request comes in. No promotional or marketing texts are ever sent, and your phone number is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep appointment records for as long as reasonably needed to run the shop and meet our own record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us below.
